Privacy
Get Seen Signs is a trade name of Veracity Solutions LLC, based in Smiths Station, Alabama. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with information you share with us.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, and the details, artwork, logos or photos you include in a quote request or email. This site doesn't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to you, quote your job, and design your proof.
- To produce and ship your order. Your design and shipping details are shared with our print and shipping partners only for that purpose.
- To keep basic business records required by law.
Orders on Etsy
Orders placed through our Etsy shop are also covered by Etsy's privacy policy. Etsy handles payment; we never see your full card details.
Your artwork
Files you send stay yours. We use them only for your order and don't post your design publicly without your permission.
Third-party services
This site serves its own fonts (no third-party font requests), and our host may keep standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security. If we add a form service to deliver quote requests, it will only process the information you type into the form.
Your choices
Want a copy of your information, or want us to delete it? Email contact@getseensignsco.com and we'll take care of it.
