How long does it take?
Most items are made in 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Canopy tents and step-and-repeat backdrops take 5–10 business days. Shipping time is added on top. Need it fast? Ask about a rush in your quote request.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof within 1 business day and 2 rounds of revisions. Send your own artwork or just tell us your text and we'll design it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Orders are made to order and ship direct from our print partner to you.
What file types can I send?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI all work. Higher resolution is better, but if all you have is a phone photo of your logo, send it and we'll let you know if it'll print clean.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Yard signs come in 25, 50 and 100 packs, senior night banners have team pricing for 10+, and we quote larger runs for campaigns, teams and businesses.
What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
We reprint it free. Because every piece is made to order with your design, we can't take returns for change-of-mind, so we always get your approval on the proof first.
